কাউকে মানসিক কষ্ট দিচ্ছেন? খুব যত্ন করে দিন যাতে কেউ টের না পায়! তবে নিজেকেও একটু তৈরী রাখবেন ভবিষ্যতের জন্য। যে কষ্টগুলো কাউকে দিচ্ছেন, দুনিয়াতেই তার পুরোটা না হলেও মিনিমাম এক তৃতীয়াংশ ভোগ করে যেতে হবে যে আপনাকেও ।
গোলাকার এই পৃথিবীতে আপনার দেওয়া কষ্টগুলো ঘুরেফিরে কিন্তু আপনার কাছেই একদিন না একদিন ফেরত আসবে!!! আপনি নিজেই আত্ম অনুশোচনায় ভুগতে ভুগতে একটা সময় শেষ করে দেবেন নিজেকে; হয়তো যেটা আপনার "so called" ইগোর জন্য ঐ মানুষটার কাছে ক্ষমাও চাইতে পারবেন না!
সবার মনে রাখা উচিত, মানুষের দীর্ঘশ্বাস খুব খারাপ। সামনে এগোতে গেলে শেকলের মত পা জড়িয়ে টেনে ধরে। ভাল থাকুক চারপাশের মানুষগুলো। ভালোবাসার, ঘৃণার, কাছের, দূরের সবাই ভাল থাকুক। অভিশাপ না দিলেও "রুহের হায়" বলে একটা কথা আছে, যাকে Revenge of Nature” বলে।।
যেটা আমাদের বিশ্বাস করতেই হবে। প্রকৃতি কিছুই ভোলে না! সময়ের ব্যবধান মাত্র।
কেউ নিজে দোষ করে উল্টো আপনাকে অপবাদ দিয়েছে, নিজের দূর্বলতা প্রকাশ পাওয়ার ভয়ে আপনার অর্জন কে ছোট দেখালো, আপনার শ্রম-সফলতার স্বীকৃতি না দিয়ে নিজের ক্ষমতার অপব্যবহার করলো, সত্য গোপন করে আপনাকে বিপদে ফেললো, বাজে কথা বলে আপনার পথ চলাকে অবরুদ্ধ করলো, মিথ্যা বলে আপনার সম্মান নষ্ট করলো। ক্ষমতার দাপটে অন্যায় ভাবে কথার আঘাতে অপমানিত করেছে, আপনাকে ঠকাচ্ছে, কথার বাণে নিজের স্বার্থে আপনাকে করেছে ক্ষত-বিক্ষত!!! করুক না!! জরুরী না যে সবগুলোর উত্তর আপনাকে এখনই দিতে হবে! কিছু উত্তর সময়ের উপর ছেড়ে দিন না! দেখেনই না কি হয়.....
সবসময় হয়তো আমরা বুঝে উঠতে পারিনা, সঠিক কোন কাজের শাস্তি পাচ্ছি৷ কাউকে কষ্ট দিয়ে,অপমান করে, কাউকে কাঁদিয়ে, কাউকে কথা দিয়ে বেমালুম ভুলে যাই আমরা, কিন্তু প্রকৃতি ভোলে না, প্রকৃতি ক্ষমা করে না। প্রত্যেকটা মানুষ তার খারাপ কাজের শাস্তি কিছুটা হলে ও দুনিয়াতে ভোগ করে! ক'দিন আগে কিংবা ক'দিন পরে! কিন্তু শাস্তি সে পাবেই – এই আশা রাখি।।
এমনকি এই মুহূর্তে আপনি যার সাথে ইচ্ছাকৃত অন্যায় করে নিজেকে জয়ী ভেবে বেশ ফুরফুরে মেজাজে আছেন, মনের আনন্দে ঘুরে বেড়াচ্ছেন- সে হয়তো প্রতিবাদ করবেনা, কিন্তু তার নীরবতা, কষ্ট থেকে আসা 'দীর্ঘশ্বাস 'আপনার সাথে বোঝাপড়াটা সঠিক সময়ে করে নেবে, কারণ উপর ওয়ালা কাউকে ঠকান না, তিনি কারোর একার নন তিনি সবার...!
• একটা নির্দিষ্ট মানুষের শূন্যস্থান.
একটা নির্দিষ্ট মানুষের শূন্যস্থান পুরো পৃথিবীর মানুষকে দিয়েও পূরণ করা সম্ভব হয় না।
একজন নির্দিষ্ট মানুষের সাথে কথা বলার আকাঙ্ক্ষার কাছে সে ছাড়া সব মানুষের কথা পানসে লাগে।
আমরা নির্দিষ্ট যে মানুষটার কথা শুনতে চাই, যে মানুষটার সাথে কথা বলতে চাই সে ছাড়া বাকি সবকিছু আমাদের অর্থহীন মনে হয়।
যে মানুষটার ভালোবাসা আমরা চাই সে যদি ভালো না বাসে, তবে পুরো পৃথিবী ভালোবাসলেও সেই শূন্যতা আমাদের কখনো পূরণ হয়না।
আমরা মানুষ হয়েও মানুষ চিনতে সবচাইতে বেশি ভুল করি, ভুল জায়গায় ভুল মানুষের কাছে নিজের সবটুকু অনুভূতি বিনিয়োগ করে দিয়ে শেষে শূন্য হাতে বসে থাকি।
আমাদের জীবনে ভালোবাসার মানুষের অভাব, ভালো রাখার মানুষের অভাব কিন্তু তার জন্য দায়ী আমরাই নিজেই।
যে মানুষ গুলো আমাদের ভালোবাসে, আমাদের ভালো রাখার জন্য নিজের সবটুকু উজাড় করে বসে থাকে তার দিকে আমরা ফিরেও তাকাই না।
যার কাছে আমাদের উপস্থিতির গুরুত্ব নেই, আমাদের অনুভূতির গুরুত্ব নেই, আমাদের ভালোবাসার দাম নেই তার জন্যই আমরা অপেক্ষায় বসে থাকি।
ডায়েরীর পাতায় অভিমান জমাই "কেউ ভালোবাসে না, "অথচ আমাদের ভালোবাসার মানুষের অভাব নেই কিন্তু আমরা ঠিকঠাক ভাবে খুঁজে নিতে জানি না, দেখেও কেবল পাশ কাটিয়ে চলে যাই।
কি জানি নিঃসঙ্গতা ভালোবাসি বলেই হয়তো।
