১০% সময় শীতাতপ নিয়ন্ত্রণ কনফাররেন্স রুমে বসে শুদ্ধ ভাষায় আলোচনা এবং মত বিনিময় সভা করা, এর চেয়ে বেশি সময় লাগলে আসলে বুঝতে হবে আপনি সমাধান নয় শীতাতপ নিয়ন্ত্রিত কক্ষ বেশি পছন্দ করেন।
৫০% সময় নিজে ঘুরে ঘুরে অসঙ্গতি নিজের চোখে দেখে আসা এবং মাঠপর্যায়ের বাস্তবিক কার্যকারণ বুঝা, এর চেয়ে কম হলে বুঝতে হবে আপনার আসলে সমস্যার সাথে সময় কাটাতে মাঠে ঘাটে দুস্থ মানুষের সঙ্গ ভালো লাগে না, আপনি ননীর পুতুল।
২০% সময় নিরপেক্ষ দৃষ্টিতে সাস্টেইবলে সমাধান খুঁজে বের করা, এই সময়টুকু দেয়ার মানসিকতা না থাকলে বুঝতে হবে আপনি সমস্যা থেকে যাক সেটাই চান অথবা সমস্যা থেকে প্রাপ্ত আপনার সুবিধা আসলে আপনি উপভোগ করেন।
২০% সময় সমাধানটা মানুষের দ্বারে দ্বারে পৌঁছে দেয়া, এটাতেও অনীহা থাকলে বুঝতে হবে আপনার শুরুটাই ছিল অন্য কোন উদ্দেশ্যে।
