China to strengthen the economy. চীন অর্থনীতিকে শক্তিশালী করার জন্য.

চীন অর্থনীতিকে শক্তিশালী করার জন্য প্রায় ১২ বছর তাদের দেশে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ভর্তি কার্যক্রম বন্ধ রেখেছিলো। চীন সরকারের বক্তব্য ছিল-

এত ছেলেমেয়ে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়ে কি করবে???

কোথায় চাকরি পাবে??? কেই বা চাকরী দিবে???

এত হাজার হাজার বেকারকে চাকরী দেয়ার মত প্রতিষ্ঠান চীনে নেই। এই সময়টায় চীন ছাত্রছাত্রীদের আধুনিক প্রশিক্ষন দিয়েছিল নানা ধরণের ট্রেড কোর্সে। স্বল্প মেয়াদী ট্রেড কোর্স শিখে চীনের ছেলেমেয়েরা স্বাবলম্বী হয়ে গেলো। প্রতিটি বাড়ি গড়ে উঠল একটা করে ছোট ছোট কারখানায়। পরিবারের সবাই সেখানে কাজ করে। বড় ফ্যাক্টরী করার আলাদা খরচ নেই। ফলে পণ্যের উৎপাদন খরচ কমে গেলো। বর্তমানে যে কোন পণ্য স্বস্তায় উৎপাদন করার সক্ষমতায় তাদের ধারে কাছে কেউ নেই।

পৃথিবীর প্রতিটি অঞ্চলে চাইনিজ পণ্যের প্রসার বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। ফলে তারা বিশ্ব বাণিজ্যের এক অপ্রতিরোধ্য পরাশক্তি। উপযুক্ত মুল্য দিলে তারা এমন জিনিস বানিয়ে দেবে যার গ্যারান্টি আপনি চাইলে ১০০ বছরও দিতে পারবেন।

বাংলাদেশে সিমফোনি, ওয়ালটনসহ বহু প্রতিষ্ঠান এই চায়নার বদৌলতেই কিছু করে খাচ্ছে।

অপর দিকে বাংলাদেশে প্রতিনিয়ত গড়ে উঠছে বেকার বানানোর কারখানা। এর আধুনিক নাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়। প্রতি বছরই দুই একটা নতুন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় তৈরী হচ্ছে আর বের হচ্ছে কয়েক হাজার বেকার। দল বেঁধে পড়ানো হচ্ছে বিবিএ, এমবিএ অথবা চিরচরিত সেই ডাক্তারি অথবা ইঞ্জিনিয়ানিং। এত বেকারের ভীড়ে চাকরী বাংলাদেশে একটি সোনার হরিণ।

 

কোম্পানীরাও এটা বুঝে। ফলে এই দেশের শিক্ষিত

ছেলেরা প্রত্যাশা অনুযায়ী- বেতন পায় না, চাকরী পায় না.

আর পেলেও সহ্য করতে হয় মালিক অথবা বসের নানাবিদ অদ্ভুত পরীক্ষা ও অপেশাদার আচরণ ।

অবশ্য, দীর্ঘদিন বিভিন্ন জাতির শোষণের যাতাকলে পিষ্ট হয়ে আমাদের জাতির জীবনে প্রবেশ করেছে ভৃত্যগিরির মানসিকতা। আমরা মনে করি স্যুট, টাই পড়ে কোন কাজ করতে পারলেই বুঝি সেখানেই জাতির সফলতা।

এটা আসলে একটি অপ্রকাশ্য দৈন্যতা, যা কেউ স্বীকার করছেন না। এই দেশের অর্থনীতির জন্য সামনে খুব ভয়াবহ দিন অপেক্ষা করছে।

তাই, বাংলাদেশের উচিত চীনের মত একটা পদক্ষেপ নেয়া। চাকরী করে দেশের উন্নতি হয় না, আমাদের উদ্যোক্তা প্রয়োজন। তাই শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার আমুল পরিবর্তন প্রয়োজন, গুরুত্ব দেয়া উচিত কর্মমুখী শিক্ষায়।

China has been shutting down university admissions for about 12 years to boost its economy.  The Chinese government said:

 What will so many children do in university ???

 Where to get a job ???

 Who will give the job ???

 There are no institutions in China to employ so many thousands of unemployed.  During this time China provided modern training to students in a variety of trade courses.  Chinese children became self-sufficient by learning short-term trade courses.  Each house was built in a small factory.  Everyone in the family works there.  There is no separate cost to make a big factory.  As a result, the production cost of the product was reduced.  At present there is no one close to them with the ability to produce any product cheaply.

 The spread of Chinese products is increasing in every region of the world.  As a result, they are an irresistible superpower in world trade.  At reasonable prices, they will make things that you can guarantee for 100 years if you want.

 In Bangladesh, many companies including Symphony and Walton are doing something thanks to this China.

 On the other hand, factories are being set up in Bangladesh.  Its modern name is University.  Every year two new universities are being built and thousands of unemployed are coming out.  Teaching in groups is BBA, MBA or the usual medical or engineering.  Jobs are a golden deer in Bangladesh with so many unemployed people.

 

Companies also understand this.  As a result, the educated boys of this country are as expected- Not paid, Doesn't get a job.

And even if you get it, you have to endure strange tests and amateur behavior of the owner or boss.

 Of course, the mentality of servitude has entered the life of our nation after being crushed by the exploitation of different nations for a long time.  We think that if we can do any work by wearing suit and tie, then we understand that the success of the nation is there.

  It’s actually an unspoken misery, which no one is acknowledging.  Very scary days await for the economy of this country.

 Therefore, Bangladesh should take a step like China.  Jobs do not improve the country, we need entrepreneurs.  Therefore, a radical change in the education system is needed, importance should be given to career-oriented education.
